Job Summary:




The Data Analyst will lead the development and delivery of high-quality data analytics and reporting across Praxis Care. The immediate priorities being establishing a system of data collection and internal reporting to support performance reporting against key business metrics. This role aims to ensure that accurate, timely, and meaningful information drives strategic decisionmaking, supports regulatory compliance, and enhances quality improvement, identify quality concerns early initiatives throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership: Develop and implement an organisational information analysis strategy aligned with governance and quality priorities. Act as the senior advisor on data-driven decisionmaking for the Directorate and wider organisation. Data Management & Reporting: Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of operational, quality, and compliance data. Design and deliver dashboards and reports for senior leadership, Board, and external regulators. Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., GDPR). Quality Improvement Support: Provide actionable insights to inform service improvement, risk management, and compliance monitoring. Collaborate with operational teams to embed datadriven approaches into service delivery. Systems & Tools: Lead on the optimisation and integration of data systems (e.g., Power BI, compliance platforms). Drive innovation in data visualisation and reporting tools to enhance organisational intelligence. Build capacity and capability in data analytics across the organisation.

About The Role



Requirements of the role:

Experience & Qualifications:

Degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, information management, or a related discipline. 5+years experience in data analysis and reporting Strong understanding of governance, compliance and quality frameworks in health or social care Advanced skills in data visualisation tools (e.g Power BI) Excellent leadership and communication skills

Required Criteria
