Job Description

We are expanding our team with our increased data services offering. We are looking for a junior member of the team to work with our wider data services and IT team in helping to deliver our pipeline of projects, as well as maintaining and improving our current systems and services. This role is based in our HQ in London but is part of an international company with offices in 9 countries.









Requirements




Key responsibilities:Be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and validation of data services in our London office for European trading hours. Assist and support other colleagues in day-to-day data collection and validation activities and deliverables. Update manager of progress on daily basis and complete handover to London time zone. Assist with data management and data quality, including compiling data for presentations, resolving any data quality issues. Help prepare any data related elements for clients requests. Work with the Research team in compiling and presenting data to key clients and internal stakeholders in our London office. Work with the wider IT team to manage and maintain document libraries, avoiding duplication and data sprawl. Responsible for maintaining your End of Day report. Ensure full awareness of and adhere to internal policies that relate to the role or any relevant other activities. Support a risk and compliance aware culture and comply with FIS company policies. Exercise judgement and act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence and be open and co-operative with the FCA, other regulators and exchanges. Observe standards of market conduct and ensure understanding and adherence to all regulatory, exchange or clearing house requirements applicable to role. Complete any mandatory training required by the company and required deadlines. Perform any other reasonable duties the company may require.


Training:Maintain own Continued Professional Development (CPD).

What we are looking for
