About the role



As we scale, we're investing heavily in our data and reporting capabilities to drive smarter decisions and better customer experiences.

This is a foundational role, you'll be the first data specialist on the ground, laying the groundwork for our data infrastructure and analytics strategy. With the right impact, this role has the potential to evolve into a leadership position, building and guiding a high-performing data team.

We're looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking Fabric Specialist to architect and implement a scalable datalake, integrate with external CRM platforms, and build robust data pipelines. You'll be instrumental in turning raw data into actionable insights that shape our business strategy.

Responsibilities



Design and build a scalable datalake using Microsoft Fabric or equivalent technologies Integrate with external CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) to ingest customer and engagement data Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all systems Create dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand data needs and deliver insights Monitor and optimize data flows for performance and reliability Lay the foundation for future team growth and leadership

What are we looking for?



Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms Strong knowledge of data lake architecture, data warehousing, and pipeline development Experience with CRM APIs and integrations (e.g., REST, GraphQL) Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Spark for data manipulation Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Synapse, or other reporting tools Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable Skills



Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Prior experience using AutoConvert or Connex CRMs Experience in financial services or lending is a plus

Details



Salary: 52,000 - 60,000 depending on experience Working pattern: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday, no weekends! 20 days annual leave + 8 national bank holidays + 1 additional day off for your birthday
