About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Technician to support the development and testing of datasets for a software model focused on water reticulation networks. This role requires expertise in generating metadata, measurements, and ensuring data integrity within a software platform.
Key Responsibilities
Create, format, and validate datasets for use in water reticulation software models. Generate metadata and measurement parameters for manual entry and bulk upload into the software platform. Conduct rigorous testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Utilize ArcGIS GIS tools for data generation and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in dataset creation, metadata management, and data integrity testing. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in ArcGIS GIS for spatial data management and analysis. Familiarity with data upload mechanisms, manual data entry, and database integration. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: 17.16-19.63 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
