Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 17:00PM (Flexibility with start time between 07:00-09:00AM & Finish 15:00PM to 17:00PM

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

The primary purpose of this role is to provide first line IS support to the site for applications and infrastructure Support IS Services Manager in meeting clients IS requirements and to identify and implement good practice Manage back up, archiving, housekeeping, change control, user maintenance, purge, disaster recovery and file maintenance. Ensure all new releases of software are tested in-line with agreed test procedures. Escalation of issues that cannot be resolved within the definition of the system analyst role.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and in depth knowledge of systems/networks and applications. Able to organise and prioritise tasks on a day to day basis to meet deadlines. Previous SQL & PowerBi Experience
