As a Data Analyst in our Sportsbook Product Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our sports betting products. You'll turn raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-informed decisions across product strategy, feature development, and customer experience.

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you'll be part of the that are responsible for analysing customer behaviour during a major tournament, evaluating the impact of a new in-play feature, or spotting trends that improve profitability, your work will influence real outcomes across millions of users

What you will do

Supports the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of data from multiple sources. Uses a variety of tools to automate data collection and assists in the building of data dashboards / reports / models. Undertakes exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, relationships, and indicators of performance across Sportsbook products. Supports the presentation of data insights to relevant stakeholders for planning and decision support. Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of data analytics/science. Uses existing procedures and analysis of information to solve standard problems.

Qualifications

A genuine interest in sport, coupled with curiosity and enthusiasm for solving real business problems through data. 2+ years' experience in a data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence role Strong SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Comfortable working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery) Basic understanding of A/B testing and statistical concepts Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of explaining complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and challenges. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data analysis and reporting. Good understanding of business operations, processes, and strategy, with the ability to align data analysis with business needs. Acts with integrity, taking ownership and always doing the right thing. Delivers results: Plans for success and gets the job done Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis and business intelligence
