The Opportunity
Sitting within our Client Services department, this role plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns are driven by data and delivering optimal outcomes. You'll work alongside Account Managers to provide insight, strategy, and reporting to clients -- while also guiding our specialist teams (SEO, PPC, Social, Content, Email, etc.) using in-depth analytics, conversion data, and marketing trends.
This is not a traditional data role -- you'll be client-facing, outcome-focused, and commercially aware. Your insights will inform strategy, prevent wasted spend, and drive better ROI across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client goals, challenges, and KPIs
Analyse campaign performance across all digital channels using tools such as GA4, Search Console, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and CRM/reporting platforms
Produce clear, actionable monthly performance reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid media funnels
Use data trends, audience behaviour, and attribution modelling to inform marketing strategy and resource allocation
Attend client meetings (virtually and in person) when required, to present performance insights, explain outcomes, and shape campaign direction
Work closely with delivery teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Social, etc.) to steer performance improvements based on data
Monitor industry benchmarks and sector-specific trends to improve campaign relevance and impact
Work with our head of IT and head of AI to help shape internal processes for data-driven campaign planning and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an analytics and reporting role
Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, and platforms such as BigQuery, Looker Studio and CRM/marketing automation platforms
Good understanding of digital channels and how they interact (PPC, SEO, social, email, CRO, etc.)
Commercial mindset -- understands ROI, customer journeys, and marketing metrics that drive growth
Able to translate complex data into plain-English insights for Account Managers and clients using visualisation tools
Confident presenting insights to clients and working as part of a cross-functional team
Familiar with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation principles, and customer funnel strategy
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
