About Us:
Founded in 2011 by Adam O'Keefe and Tom Chaston, All Med Pro, now part of Brown & Brown UK, was born from a desire to do things differently. What started in a small office space the size of a single domestic garage has grown into one of the UK's leading specialist insurance brokers for medical, dental and life science professionals.
We're proud to partner with thousands of clinicians, practices, consultants and healthcare organisations, providing tailored insurance schemes and dedicated support from our in-house teams and network of experts. Innovation, long-term relationships and genuine client care are at the heart of how we work.
In 2025, All Med Pro became part of Brown & Brown, one of the world's largest insurance broking groups. This partnership gives us the scale, resources and backing to accelerate our growth, while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit and personal approach that have defined us since day one.
With steady organic growth, an accomplished team across the UK and overseas, and ambitious plans for expansion and acquisitions, we're continuing to build a business our clients and team love being part of.
