We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in various data analysis tools and methodologies. Responsibilities
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver actionable analytics solutions.
Design and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and accessibility of data.
Develop visualisations using Tableau to present findings in a clear and impactful manner.
Implement and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for analytics projects.
Utilise SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant data for analysis.
Write scripts in Python and VBA to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data processing efficiency.
Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of analytics initiatives while adhering to quality standards.
Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in data analytics or a related field, with a strong understanding of statistical methods.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
Familiarity with database design principles and best practices.
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Bash Unix shell scripting is advantageous.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in reporting findings.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
