We are seeking a
Data and Analytics Lead
to build our organisational data strategy from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can architect our future data platform, foster a new data culture, and translate complex data into the insights that will shape our artistic and audience engagement for years to come.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage data architecture, tools, software and infrastructure to support the company's data requirements
Drive continuous improvement with emerging technologies and trends in data science, analytics and business intelligence
Ensuring robust data analytic capabilities, including the platforms, tools and resources to analyse and generate insights from complex data sets
Assess and develop machine learning and AI foundational capabilities
Maintain and evolve a data governance and ownership framework, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and promoting data quality and integrity across the organisation
Skills & Experience
Demonstratable experience of leading implementation of data infrastructure, software upgrades and associated integrations
Experience as a data scientist and be highly analytical, with a strong grasp of modern statistical methods, tools and platforms
End to end problem solving and communication skills for the entire data life cycle; including diagnosis, data cleaning, integration, transformation, analysis, visualisation and presentation
Highly motivated, independent thinker, able to exercise sound judgement in the interests of the organisation and produce solutions
Have experience of working in a matrixed environment and working with agile, project-based methodologies
