Job Description

About Us

Holtram TLPI is a niche accounting and financial services company with over 23 years history, specialising in the finance and property sectors.

We are experts in helping business owners set up and manage tax-efficient investment structures and work closely with high-net-worth individuals across the UK, offering expert support in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Based near Milton Park, we are part of a wider group and are proud to be recognised as a 5-star rated leader in our field.

Many of our team members have been with us for more than five years, enjoying a professional yet friendly environment where personal development and responsibility are actively encouraged.

Role Overview

We are seeking a collaborative, commercially minded Marketing Campaign & CRM Performance Analyst to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building and refining marketing campaigns, understanding their performance, and using CRM data to optimise engagement across the entire customer lifecycle.

You will work closely with our existing Data & PPC Analyst, who focuses on reporting and dashboarding, and collaborate with the broader marketing team--including Marketing Leads, Content Creator, Marketing Executive--to bring campaign data to life and ensure they perform.

This role focuses on planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns, diving deep into HubSpot CRM data to extract meaningful insights, and driving continuous improvement across marketing channels. Experience in HubSpot is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

Analyse large, multi-source datasets (HubSpot, Google Ads, Company website, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, email campaign data, search trends, GA, social, etc.) to identify actionable insights that you can illustrate to support the ongoing marketing strategy and growth. Be involved in building dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, ROI, lead quality, and funnel progression. Structure and segment CRM data to support reporting and campaign automation. Work across the full buyer journey--mapping and interpreting lead data from awareness to conversion over a long, complex sales timeline. Collaborate with the wider marketing and sales team to improve data collection, tracking, and integration strategies. Assist in creating multi-touch attribution models to understand how different channels contribute to conversions across the sales funnel.

Campaigns & PPC

Be involved in and undertake set-up and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn and other paid advertising platforms. Take full ownership of designated campaigns and continually aim to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion, and campaign ROI results, in line with and exceeding KPIs and expectations. Conduct/suggest A/B testing and illustrate optimisations across landing pages, ad copy, and budgets to improve click-through rates, quality scores, and conversions. Monitor campaign performance and produce regular insights and recommendations for refinement. Align digital campaign strategies with lifecycle stages (MQL, SQL, etc.) and persona needs. Report on and work toward improving key KPIs such as cost per sale, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and campaign ROI.

HubSpot CRM & Integration

Support the ongoing implementation and customisation of HubSpot (we recently migrated from ActiveCampaign). Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, segmented correctly, and integrated where required.

General & Cross-Functional Support

Participate in marketing and strategic planning meetings with insights and forecasting support. Stay up to date with marketing trends, competitor performance, and analytics advancements. Be hands-on, flexible, and willing to take on ad-hoc marketing and data-related tasks as required. Ensure GDPR compliance in all data handling and campaign activities.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years' experience in digital marketing or data analytics in a business environment. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and PPC performance analysis. Working experience of CRM/marketing platforms, ideally HubSpot or other industry standard platforms Confidence working with large datasets, CRM systems, marketing platforms, and integrations. Proficiency in reporting/visualisation tools, for example PowerBi, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and Excel. Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, paid social, and cross-channel attribution. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to stakeholders. Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and able to work both strategically and tactically.

Our Ideal Candidate

Strategic thinker with working marketing knowledge and platform fluency. Naturally inquisitive, analytical, and keen to "join the dots" between platforms, people, and performance. Proactive about self-development--does not expect to be spoon-fed answers and thrives in situations where problems require investigation, testing, and creative thinking. Takes ownership of their growth and problem-solving--knows that not every challenge comes with a playbook, and is comfortable navigating grey areas with curiosity and resourcefulness. Brings a "figure it out" mindset to ambiguous situations and proactively finds ways to learn, test, and improve. Enjoys troubleshooting and resolving data issues and campaign inconsistencies. Comfortable working in ambiguity--able to take initiative and find solutions even without clear instructions. Emotionally intelligent and a collaborative team player. Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
