Description



We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is comfortable talking with people from all backgrounds and walks of life and keen to develop their administrative and customer service skills.



Working with the Health & Wellbeing operations team who are responsible for ensuring referred clients (employees of our B2B clients) receive fast, effective treatment to help with their injury rehabilitation/condition management for mental and physical health cases.

You will have the chance to influence this process by being the first point of contact for our clients and assisting in arranging, managing and monitoring their treatment to an effective conclusion.



Entry requirements



Key Accountabilities:



Customer Service Communicate with corporate clients making referrals to us Contact with clients by phone and in writing to book in therapy assessments and treatment sessions Take incoming calls from and be supportive of patients enquiring about their treatment Contact therapy clinics to obtain details of treatment sessions attended by each patient Maintain and develop relationships with network clinics and associate Therapists Be caring and considerate to all those involved with our business

Administration

Assist in managing the team email inbox Filing emails from patients, clients, network clinics and Associate Therapists Allocating matters to the appropriate team member (where appropriate) and in line with Sparta Health procedures Allocate invoices and match them against records on our case management system Add new referrals to, and maintain records on our case management system Carry out data cleansing processes, in line with procedures, on records in our case management system Issue and Obtain relevant consents from all patients referred for treatment

Training to be provided



Data Technician :

Equal to Level 3 (A level)

All training will be delivered online by Wise Origin, offering flexible, expert-led instruction with interactive sessions and digital resources. This ensures apprentices can develop their skills while balancing work commitments We deliver further education and provide employment opportunities through our Apprenticeship Programmes and other funded provisions We specialise in Digital, IT & Data Apprenticeships and our aim is to help businesses and individuals make wise decisions for better futures Throughout the program, you will receive dedicated support from your tutor to ensure your success Upon completing your apprenticeship, you will be awarded the Level 3 Data Technician.

London, Reading & & Sutton areas pref close to travel for social gatherings and team days

First 2 weeks on site in London, meet the team and sessions with every dept

Working in a small team of 4 - reporting to Head of Ops
