Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm (8.5 hour day / 42.5 hours in between these times)

The role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our growing data and fibre cabling division. You will play a key role in supporting our Engineers ensuring the smooth delivery of installations from start to finish. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential. You'll be responsible for coordinating stock and documentation, carrying out take-offs from drawings, managing engineers' diaries, and ensuring the Project manager is fully supported.
Responsibilities
Raising and managing purchase orders, including handling NHS POs, and ensuring stock is tracked and allocated to the correct projects
Managing all incoming and outgoing stock
Coordinating engineer documentation -- RAMS, permits, job packs, as-builts, test results, and completion photos
Scheduling engineers' diaries and allocating resources across projects
Working closely with the Contracts Manager and Finance team to meet strict invoicing deadlines and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and submitted on time
Scheduling deliveries, site access, and assisting with project planning
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Team Managers
Occasionally Carrying out take-offs from drawings and producing materials lists.
What we're looking for
Microsoft office including Excel - knowledge of analysing data and Excel functions
Previous use of CRM software
Experience in a similar role within the data cabling, fibre, IT or telecoms industry (preferred)
