Data Cleanser
to join our project team. This is a full-time (37.5 hrs per week) temporary role over a 3-month period (working August / September / October). You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data used in our systems, helping to support decision-making and project outcomes.This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.
Responsibilities: Review and clean datasets to ensure they are accurate, complete, and properly formatted
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries
Work with spreadsheets and data management software (e.g. Excel & internal tools)
Assist the project team with preparing data for analysis, reports, or migration
Follow data quality guidelines and ensure compliance with data protection policies
Communicate clearly with team members to clarify data issues
Maintain detailed records of changes and cleansing processes
Skills / Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Basic understanding of data formats (e.g. Excel)
Ability to follow instructions and processes carefully
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
Team player with good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Free to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for August, September and October, initially at our Birchwood location then Hybrid once trained
