Data, Contracts & Compliance Manager
Job Description
Community CVS is looking for a dynamic Data, Contracts & Compliance Manager to lead our Data & Finance Team. This is your chance to shape how we use data, manage contracts, and ensure compliance -- all while driving positive change across our communities.
What you'll do
o Lead on data strategy, analytics & reporting
o Oversee finance, contracts & grant claims
o Support governance & compliance at board level
o Manage HR records & administration
o Ensure training centre compliance with awarding bodies
What we're looking for
o A data specialist with strong analytical and IT skills (Power BI, databases, spreadsheets)
o Experience in finance, contracts, and governance
o A confident team leader with attention to detail and a compliance mindset
