About the Job
To support the Lampton Homes Team in improving the quality, structure, and accuracy of housing-related data and digital records.
The Data Coordinator will focus on updating internal systems, organising documentation, validating data from multiple sources, and ensuring data accuracy regarding property ownership, tenancy, and leasehold records.
Key Responsibilities include:
Ensure the
Pyramid Housing System
is fully up to date with accurate ownership, tenancy, and leasehold data.
Identify and fill gaps in property data including:
+ Property type
+ Number of bedrooms
+ Lease length
+ Leasehold vs. Freehold status
+ Landlord and managing agent contact details
Document Organisation
Conduct a comprehensive audit of current folders to ensure all lease and tenancy agreements are present and correctly filed.
Upload all missing or outstanding documentation into the relevant folders and systems.
To systematically store and file historic and current documents.
Data Extraction & Verification
Manually extract data from database and input into Pyramid or shared systems.
Verify and cross-reference records using the
Shared Property Database
.
Validate ownership information and make necessary updates in Pyramid.
Follow a structured timetable to pull and organise key documents across multiple property categories
Previous Experience and Skills Required:
Education
Experience commensurate to the role.
Desirable Experience
Experience in a housing or property services environment
Knowledge of leasehold and freehold property distinctions
Familiarity with UK housing and tenancy compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
