About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Data Delivery Manager/Scrum Master with experience in data engineering or data analysis to work for our client within the finance sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Leeds.



Our client is seeking a candidate with a strong background in data engineering or analysis to lead delivery within a SAFe Agile framework. You'll drive data-focused initiatives from discovery to implementation, aligning technical teams and business goals while fostering collaboration and successful outcomes for our client.


Key Responsibilities:




Lead delivery within a SAFe Agile framework, acting as Scrum Master across discovery and implementation phases Drive data-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment between engineering teams and business goals Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove delivery blockers Collaborate with stakeholders across the client to ensure successful outcomes Support hands-on data work where needed, bringing technical insight to delivery conversations.

About You

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Proven experience in delivery management or Scrum Master roles Strong background in data engineering or data analysis - ideally with hands-on experience Comfortable working in SAFe Agile environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
