About the Role



We are looking for Data Engineers across all experience levels to join our growing data and analytics team. The role involves building scalable data pipelines, managing datasets, and contributing to the overall data architecture to support business insights and decision-making. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in the UK with valid work eligibility.

Key Responsibilities



Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines. Build and optimize data architectures and data processing systems. Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to support data requirements. Integrate data from various sources including APIs, databases, and cloud services. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the workflow. Implement best practices for data modeling, warehousing, and metadata management. Troubleshoot data issues, optimize performance, and monitor data workflow. Support ongoing improvements to the data infrastructure and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or Scala. Experience with data pipeline frameworks and ETL/ELT processes. Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, etc.). Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka). Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Luigi). Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD tools. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of machine learning pipelines or MLOps. Data visualization or BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Pay: 25,000.00-85,000.00 per year
