About the Role



We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Data Engineer

to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This role is open to candidates at all experience levels--from fresh graduates to highly experienced engineers. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, architectures, and data-driven solutions that support our business and technology initiatives.

This is a

Key Responsibilities



Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes Develop data models, data warehouses, and data integration solutions Work with structured and unstructured data across various platforms Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions Optimize data systems for performance, reliability, and scalability Implement best practices for data security, data governance, and data quality Troubleshoot, refine, and improve existing data workflows and systems Support cloud-based data architecture and infrastructure initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications



0-15 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools or ETL frameworks Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala Understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Databricks) Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and data architecture principles Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment Experience with streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub) Knowledge of orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster) Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices Understanding of data governance, metadata management, or MDM Exposure to machine learning pipelines or feature engineering

Pay: 25,000.00-80,000.00 per year
