- Lead the development and evolution of a scalable Azure-based data platform
- Define and implement data architecture aligned with strategic business goals
- Oversee delivery of key data engineering projects and solutions
- Set priorities and guide a high-performing data engineering team
- Strong experience in cloud-based data engineering, ideally with Azure
- Proven leadership in building and managing technical teams
- Expertise in developing scalable, business-aligned data solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
