Role: Data Management Project Manager (Finance Data Migration & Transformation)
Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Senior Manager
Day rate: Negotiable rate (Inside IR35)
Project duration: 3+ months
Location: Hybrid - 3 days in London per week, 2 days remote
We're supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. They require a Data Management Project Manager for a live project. Preffered candidates will have experience with Finance Data Migrations & Transformations. The end-client is a large Retail & Consumer Goods organisation.

Requirements

• An independent consultant
• Project Delivery (Agile/Waterfall) - Proven ability to manage complex data initiatives from initiation to go-live
• Finance Data Migration & Transformation - Experience leading or contributing to large-scale finance data migration and transformation programmes, including system integration, data mapping, and reconciliations
• Data Governance & Quality - Understanding of frameworks and hands-on experience delivering data quality or governance workstreams
• Stakeholder Management - Strong communicator across business, technical, and compliance teams
• Metadata & Lineage Tools - Familiarity with tools like Collibra, Informatica, or Microsoft Purview
• Cloud & Data Platform Exposure - Experience with platforms such as Snowflake, SAP Datasphere, or Azure Data Services
