To provide specialist support through the provision of all necessary reporting, forecasting, data analysis, and insight to drive best-in-class performance and support CFU or operational plans. This role is crucial as it requires co-location with UK expertise, an understanding of UK-centric operations, and handling sensitive and regulated data, ensuring compliance with local regulations and effectively addressing specific fraud prevention needs.

What you'll be doing


------------------------


Collaborate closely with UK-based teams to leverage local expertise and industry knowledge. Apply advanced data gathering and analysis techniques to support a range of projects, shaping and progressing various aspects of either CFU or operational plans. Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting as required by the business, using scheduling and automation techniques to ensure regular reporting is produced without repetitive effort. Assist in the development of clear and insightful material to communicate strategy or plans to internal and external audiences. Develop and maintain internal working relationships, providing data and analysis to relevant teams and educating other functions on reporting outcomes. Deep understanding of UK-specific operations, market conditions, and business practices. Manage and secure sensitive and regulated data, ensuring compliance with UK data protection laws and regulations. Input into overall GCB strategies, policies, and processes with real-time insight and analysis to help drive continuous improvement within the. Conduct problem area deep dives through data mining to understand underlying drivers of trends relevant to the UK market.



The skills and experience you'll need






Programming experience/mindset Ability to analyse large quantities of data and turn into actionable insights. Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and the willingness to learn. The capacity to organise and manage your own workload priorities. Attention to detail and the capacity to spot issues and find solutions. Competent with all Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). VBA knowledge is a bonus. Senior stakeholder engagement Presentation of findings in a clear and inspiring manner

Nice to have




SAS or other statistical/database software, such as SQL, R, or Python, experience. Experience in Telco sector
