1 - "Document Migration Assistant"
1.2 The Role
Our client is running a 6 month project to move over 10 millions documents from either network drives, or the current Document Management System (DMS) to either the new, cloud based DMS or a structures SharePoint site.
The existing IT Project Team will work in collaboration with the business to provide the mapping analysis of what is moved where. The same team will also provide the technology utilities for this movement.
We are looking to hire into the project enthusiastic team members who will undertake the physical movement of the files, quality assure migrations and delete successfully moved documents. A very key part of the role is good communication with both our client and the IT Project Team to ensure instructions are followed accurately, progress is reported often and queries and questions are handled efficiently.
The role(s) will report to the Document Consolidation Project Manager
1.3 Skills and Experience
Good, demonstrable experience of working with Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel) is a pre-requisite.
So is a proven ability to show attention to detail, good timekeeping, and great communication skills.
All other technical skills will be taught, however:
Prior experience with any of the following technology: iManage , NetDocuments or SharePoint would be extremely useful.
Experience of working in legal firms in either an administrative or fee earning capacity
Exposure (inc. academic) to legal documents types
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
