Demonstrable experience leading data migration projects for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures
Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and HDL templates
Demonstrable experience working with System Integrators and managing 3rd party relationships
Hands-on experience with data analysis, cleansing, transformation, data provisioning and reconciliation
Capable of interpreting/explaining technical requirements to functional teams and vice versa
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams
Clear understanding of UK/EU GDPR data compliance as it relates to HR data
The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will hybrid, with up to two days per week in the office. The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
