Job Summary



The Data Performance Analyst will provide data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting support for operations at Manston STHF. The role involves collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and support the organisation's continuous improvement agenda. The post-holder will work closely with the Senior Management Team and operational staff to ensure data-driven insights underpin operational planning and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Data Analysis & Reporting



Collect, collate, and validate operational and performance data from multiple sources. Analyse data trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Produce timely and accurate reports, dashboards, and visualisations for management. Support strategic and operational decision-making through data insights.

Performance Monitoring



Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organisational objectives. Supports site KPIs by providing accurate and timely performance data, analysing trends to identify operational risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable insights that enable teams to meet Home Office, efficiency, and quality targets. Identify deviations from performance targets and recommend corrective actions. Support operational teams in using performance data to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Governance & Compliance



Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR, Caldicott principles, and internal policies. Support internal audits, inspections, and performance reviews. Maintain accurate records and documentation of analyses, reports, and findings.

Stakeholder Engagement



Collaborate with operational staff and management to understand data requirements. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for queries regarding performance data and reporting.

Essential Criteria



Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Competent in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive data. Commitment to DrPA Secure's values and ethos.

Desirable Criteria



Experience in secure, operational, or public sector environments. Knowledge of performance management frameworks and KPIs. Familiarity with operational audits, compliance, and service improvement initiatives. Experience in database management or reporting software.
