We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking
Data Products
Insights Lead
to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is pivotal in helping us understand our customers better, optimise digital journeys, and drive strategic decisions through data. You'll lead a small team of analysts and collaborate across the business to deliver impactful insights that shape the future of our services.
What will I be doing?
Lead the design and delivery of analytical projects that uncover customer behaviours and business opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using visual storytelling and effective communication.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure insights are embedded into decision-making processes.
Drive innovation by introducing new analytical techniques, tools, and data sources.
Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Contribute to the strategic development of the Digital Analytics function, including tooling, training, and data quality.
What do I need?
Proven experience in customer insights and analytics, ideally within a digital environment.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and supporting high-performing teams through direct line management.
Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and platforms like GA4 and Databricks.
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
Experience in applying machine learning, segmentation, and forecasting techniques to real-world problems.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
