What You'll Be Doing



Data Protection



Supporting the management of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), including logging, coordination and redaction Maintaining Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) Monitoring data retention periods and coordinating secure deletion or archiving Assisting with DPIAs, audits, breach investigations and reporting Monitoring compliance trends, KPIs and regulatory updates

Anti-Money Laundering



Supporting investigations into Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and internal disclosures Assisting with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Maintaining AMLTF records, logs and registers Monitoring AMLTF trends, KPIs and legislative changes Liaising with internal teams on MLTF, Safer Gambling and Security matters

General & Administrative Support



Providing high-quality administrative and telephone support Managing confidential records, databases and filing systems Producing reports, presentations and meeting materials Supporting internal projects and compliance-related initiatives Liaising with departments, stores and head office teams to ensure training compliance and sign-off

About You



An experienced administrator comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment Confident working across multiple systems with excellent attention to detail Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Data protection experience is highly advantageous Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities Trustworthy, professional and comfortable handling sensitive information A positive, "can-do" attitude with strong communication skills
