Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Protection Analyst (SARs) at Rendall & Rittner, you will assist with the preparation responses to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs). Your responsibilities will include:
Process data subject access requests (DSARs) in line with the UK GDPR:
Ensure all new requests are logged on register
Ensure all new requests are notified to IT team, who will collate the data
Review documentation to consider any required redactions or exemptions to disclosure
Use software to prepare documentation for disclosure, applying redactions and exemptions to the data
Maintain log of redactions and exemptions
Finalise response pack for issue to data subject
