Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven
Data Scientist
to join our team and play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from the vast datasets generated by our digital twin solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to solve complex, real-world problems. You will be responsible for building predictive models, optimizing algorithms, and collaborating with our engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven features directly into our products.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling:
Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and operational optimization.
Use statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights from digital twin data.
Evaluate and refine models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Data Integration & Pipelines:
Work with engineering teams to build and maintain robust data pipelines that ingest and process real-time and historical data from various sources (e.g., IoT sensors).
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity for all analytical projects.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with product managers to define data-driven product features and success metrics.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, using data visualization tools.
Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science to inform our strategy.
Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
Proven experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in a programming language such as
Python
or
R
and libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch*. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
