Johnston Mailing Ltd are the leading Mailing House in Scotland with our site in Hillington, Glasgow. We have significant capacity in digital print, polywrapping, enveloping, high-speed addressing and maintain a unique market position in Scotland through continual investment in staff and equipment.

The ideal candidate would have relevant experience in the Mail sector processing variable data jobs, however candidates with the right skill set and attitude are more than welcome to apply to join our friendly team.

The key aspects of the role are;



Analyse, cleanse, format and process client spreadsheets for mail sort Set up and configuration of proofs and print-ready files using mailing software Experience in using Excel and Adobe highly essential Operation of high speed production digital printers - advantageous Good communication skills essential Accuracy and attention to detail are necessary in all aspects of this role essential Mailing operation knowledge would be an advantage but not essential You will be able to work to tight production schedules.
Hours: Mon-Thur 7am-4pm, Fri 8am-3pm
