Role Summary



We're hiring a

Data Specialist

to support our digital advertising delivery and customer success teams by turning campaign data into actionable insights, performance diagnostics, and continuous product improvement.

This is a

hybrid role

based in

London (Hammersmith)

, ideal for someone with

2-4 years of experience

in marketing analytics, media performance, or applied data roles within an agency or AdTech setting.

Your role will be to act as a

bridge between media execution, client service, and product development

-- owning dashboards and reporting pipelines, responding to custom client needs, debugging anomalies, and proposing product enhancements based on real usage patterns.

You'll work closely with the

Campaign Delivery Manager

,

Customer Success Manager

, and

Product Team

to make sure performance data flows are clean, insightful, and always aligned with business impact.

Key Responsibilities



- Build and maintain

dashboards and data pipelines

for key accounts across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms

- Generate

insightful campaign reports

for internal and client-facing use, using tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or custom dashboards

- Identify performance bottlenecks, data anomalies, or attribution gaps, and work with delivery team to address them

- Collaborate with the

Customer Success Manager

to prepare quarterly reviews, performance decks, and strategic planning material

- Respond to bespoke client reporting needs and help validate metrics before presentation

- Maintain and improve

tracking accuracy

, pixel integrity, and tag governance across platforms (GTM, GA4, etc.)

- Liaise with the

Product Team

to:

- Propose enhancements to our internal analytics stack

- Ensure product instrumentation aligns with real-world delivery needs

- Support testing and rollout of data-related features

- Help define and monitor KPIs used across the campaign lifecycle (CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, etc.)

What We're Looking For



-

2-4 years

experience in a data or analytics role, ideally in digital advertising or performance marketing

- Comfortable working with

marketing data sources

like Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

- Proficient in

spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

with strong skills in formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning

- Familiar with

BI and visualization tools

like Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, or Power BI

- Understanding of

tag management

, tracking pixels, and basic web analytics (GTM, GA4)

- Able to

translate business questions into structured data queries and visualisations

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

- Strong communicator -- able to explain data to non-technical audiences and collaborate across departments

Bonus Points For



- Experience writing SQL for querying advertising or web analytics data

- Familiarity with product instrumentation or event tagging (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, GA4 events)

- Experience in QA'ing data pipelines and integrating multiple sources into a unified view

- Exposure to product feedback cycles and close collaboration with engineering or product teams

- Ability to automate reports or build reusable data templates for client use
