We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary

Data Tech Lead / Architect

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who possess a hybrid skill set of software engineering and data science, and are passionate about building intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a thought leader, overseeing operations, delegating tasks, and driving innovation in AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of data systems and AI solutions. Oversee and coordinate a team of software engineers and data scientists. Implement and manage agent orchestration using the Agentic Framework. Explore and evaluate different system architectures for optimal performance. Contribute to ranking and reranking processes in AI models. Conduct performance analysis of Python within large-scale applications. Utilize tools such as LangGraph and CrewAI for system development and orchestration. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of data-driven applications. Identify and implement AI spots for replacement to enhance automation and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Architect, Tech Lead, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with the Agentic Framework. Hands-on experience with LangGraph and CrewAI. Solid understanding of agent orchestration and AI model evaluation techniques. Background in building and deploying real-world applications. Strong software development foundation with a focus on scalable system design. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
