The Data & Transitions Team are responsible for actioning change of residencies received, ensuring correct processes are followed with regards to issuance of final bills, processing refunds, correctly tracking debt, setting up new resident accounts and sending out relevant communication to all applicable parties.
The Data & Transitions Coordinator role is an essential administrative role that will ensure that resident accounts are closed and set up within agreed timelines following the correct internal processes, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for residents.
The Data & Transitions Coordinator is responsible for closing, updating and creating new resident accounts, as well as ad-hoc team support.
Location and working hours:
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
Office location: Stuart House, Peterborough (PE1 5DD)
Hybrid working with 2/3 days based in-office per week
Required skills and attributes:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in liaising with clients and customers in a professional and confident manner.
Strong IT skills, with the ability and enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new systems.
A minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in English at Grade C/4 or above.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify errors and implement effective solutions.
The capability to work independently, taking ownership of problem-solving and decision-making.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
The ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight service level agreements (SLA's) in a fast-paced environment.

Effective time management and accurate record-keeping skills.
