Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust database systems that support our organization's data needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, database design, and ETL processes, with a strong background in SQL and various database platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows, ensure data integrity, and support business intelligence initiatives. Responsibilities



Design, develop, and implement database systems using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and other relevant technologies Develop data models and database schemas that support business requirements and ensure efficient data storage Build and maintain ETL processes using SSIS, Python, Java, or other tools to facilitate data integration and transformation Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and troubleshooting Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications Support data warehouse development and maintenance to enable business intelligence reporting Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards Participate in Agile development cycles for continuous improvement of database solutions Document database architecture, processes, and procedures for future reference

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Database Developer or similar role with strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Linux environments Hands-on experience with SAP systems is a plus Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts Proficiency in ETL tools such as SSIS and scripting languages like Python or Java for automation tasks Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize database performance Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to effectively document processes and collaborate across departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,194.44-61,692.80 per year
