Kentro is hiring for a cleared

Database Engineer

to support an Intelligence Community customer out of Moleworth, UK.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance and upkeep of Enterprise Geospatial Information System (GIS) database(s) Perform ETL tasks on Enterprise GIS database(s) Design database procedures to interact with external APIs, including authentication/data transfer Manage data, script, scheduled procedure, and account replication between Oracle Spatial and PostgreSQL/postGIS databases Monitor and improve electronic cross-communications between RDBMS, local/non-local GIS server suites, GIS Desktops Develop recommendations for database- and data sources-solutions based on user feedback and mission requirements

Onsite in Molesworth, UK

Requirements

Minimum 3-7 years' experience with the following: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Experience using Oracle RDBMS Experience using postgreSQL RDBMS Experience with Windows/Linux Administration Ability to create and run PowerShell applications Experience using Tomcat and JBoss Servers Experience with Enterprise Geospatial Information System (GIS) database(s)

Clearance Requirement:

Must have active Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Willing and able to take CI polygraph.
