Day Care Assistant

At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a day care assistant to work in one of our residential care facilities, York House, on a full time, 36 hour, permanent contract, 12.60 per hour.

The successful candidate will need to be available for the shift patterns listed below:

7am-7pm , 7am-1pm, 1pm-7pm, alternate weekends included.

York House is situated in the picturesque market town of Dereham, Norfolk. The home can accommodate up to 43 residents and has been rated 'Good' by CQC. We can provide short-term, respite care or longer term support at the home.

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:

Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives. Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing and toileting.
