Duties

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive environment. Helping clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions to the supervising staff. Ensuring a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Care Assistant position, candidates should possess the following:

A genuine passion for providing care and support to individuals in need. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
