Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your duties will include:

Assisting residents with daily personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Supporting mobility and physical activities Encouraging social interaction and engagement Providing companionship and emotional support Helping with meals and refreshments Monitoring and recording residents' well-being Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care

Bank (Temporary) Care Assistants

- flexible shifts available

Shift Patterns:

12-hour shifts 8-hour shifts Weekend availability required

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a care role (preferred)

Language:

Fluent English (required)

Work Authorisation:

Must be eligible to work in the UK

Work Location:

In person at Little Oldway Residential Care Home
