Care Assistant - DAY SHIFTS ONLY - 7am - 7pm!
We are looking for Care assistants
- Full or Part Time
to join our team at our Complex Care Home, Dean Wood Manor, Spring Road, Orrell, Wigan. As a Support Worker you must:
Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents Be alert to residents' needs, health and wellbeing Respect the residents' dignity and privacy Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual Assist with mealtimes and safe moving Maintain accurate records for each resident
About You
The right candidate will be:
Passionate about delivering first-class care Patient, kind and understanding Reliable and respectful
Your Skills
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong interpersonal skills Be a team player Have the ability to use initiative
Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a care home environment
Qualifications
No qualifications are required, but there is an increased rate of pay should you want to develop your career and progress to Senior level and gain an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification, experience within the care sector is preferred but not essential.
