Job Description
Prideaux Manor is looking for day health care assistants to join our friendly team based in Polegate East Sussex The home is close to Polegate train Station
Skills and personal characteristics need to do the job
Caring and kind, willing to be hands on with patients, cheerful and friendly, able to follow instructions and procedures, able to work in a team but use their own initiative.
Be passionate about working in Dementia
You'll also need.
Good communication skills, including listening, organisational skills, observational skills.
We provide on site training with the option of taking your training further by doing your diploma in health and social care with our training company Sussex downs college.
