Summary
We are seeking a Care Team Leader to join our vibrant team in the UK. Based at our learning centre, this role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver inclusive music workshops and community programs that empower individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
Responsibilities
Lead, and supervise the delivery of music and arts programs, ensuring an inclusive and engaging environment.
To lead on the development & implementation of the day to day running of our day centre, ensuring the team are aware of any changes to care and support needs of the people we support.
Coordinate with staff/ volunteers, parents and other professionals to implement care plans and support participant needs.
Foster teamwork and communication among team members to achieve program goals.
Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program activities.
Promote community involvement and volunteer participation.
Ensure safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
Support the development of new initiatives aligned with our social enterprise mission.
Qualifications
Proven supervising or leadership experience in a care or educational setting.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, participants, and the community.
Experience with care plans or similar documentation is advantageous.
IT proficiency for managing schedules, records, and communications.
Passion for community engagement, arts, or music education is a plus.
