JLL is seeking dedicated cleaning professionals to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our managed properties. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in creating safe, healthy, and welcoming environments for building occupants and visitors.



Job location:

Friars Bridge Court, 41-43 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NZ.?

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (40 hours per week)



Key Responsibilities



Daily Cleaning Tasks:



Vacuum carpets and rugs in offices, corridors, and common areas

Sweep and mop hard surface floors using appropriate cleaning solutions

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility

Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers

Dust furniture, windowsills, baseboards, and accessible surfaces

Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions

Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and kitchen areas



Health and Safety:



Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment

Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals according to safety data sheets

Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition

Comply with infection control and sanitation standards



Required Qualifications



Experience in commercial or office building cleaning

Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred but not required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety

Knowledge of green cleaning practices and sustainable methods

Bilingual communication skills (varies by location)
