Job Description

The role of Day Concierge will focus on the residents and guests of Chiltern Place, delivering duties and overall experience to an exceptional standard. They will the main point of contact for all and excel on the concierge services, amenity operations, security, and housekeeping to ensure integration is seamless and a consistent vision is delivered. They will direct, co-ordinate, plan and undertake essential central services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, amenity and transportation bookings, dry cleaning, general requests, waste disposal and recycling.

They will focus on building loyalty with residents and delivering results through proactive communication as well as by meeting residents' and management's expectations, thus creating memorable experiences.

Alongside the Day Duty Manager and building Management you will refer and follow up on any significant lifestyle requests to management and ensure the multiple service elements operate effectively to create a seamless one-team approach by being an effective and proactive member of the team.

You will be an ambassador for the brand and the development.

Further Duties:

Meet and greet residents and their guests upon arrival and departure in a discreet way and with a genuinely friendly smile. Adopt and project a positive image and body language by being approachable and by standing when talked to. Approach residents and guests by leaving the desk if needed. Support residents, guests and visitors on all aspects of their needs and requirements including, but not limited to, opening doors (including cars and taxis), assisting with luggage and personal belongings, escorting to lifts and other areas of the estate, selecting their floors, execution of minor tasks of a general nature, including shopping at local level, delivering and placing goods in the apartments in line with residents' expectations, to name a few. Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke style. Be punctual and in good time for the start of your shift and will manage all handovers, emails, calendars, enquiries, booking requests, calls and postal requirements during your shift. Assist with valet parking as and when required. Undertake cleaning duties of the concierge areas, common parts (internal and external) and car park as required. Carry out regular and detailed patrols of the estate and take appropriate action as required, keeping management informed at all times. Wear correct uniform in line with company requirements at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline. Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members, onsite staff, residents, guests, and contractors working collaboratively to achieve overall satisfaction. Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety, and proactively identifying risks and hazards and continuously improve safety performance. Work very closely with the Day Duty Manager with the implementation of SOP manuals, policies, and procedures. Work closely with the Day team by providing resilience and cover for each other, in particular during sickness and holiday absence. Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.

The Candidate



Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury residential property. Must have a strong command of the English language. Must have excellent communication, customer service and Microsoft Office skills. Good understanding of Health and Safety. Service driven, understand the importance of going the extra mile. Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients. Good knowledge of the central London area. Strong list of contacts within the hospitality industry preferred. Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail. Efficient in multi-tasking in high pressure environments. Experienced car driver with a valid and clean driving license essential
