Flower Pots Day Nursery is seeking enthusiastic, qualified Room Leaders to join our friendly and supportive team at our Chesham setting. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality early years care and education, and ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

As a Room Leader, you will:

Lead and inspire a small team to deliver exceptional care and learning opportunities. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of your room in line with nursery policies and Ofsted requirements. Safeguard children's welfare, supporting their safety, emotional development, and wellbeing. Plan, observe, and assess children's development, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Foster a positive environment for children, parents, and colleagues. Support the management team with the overall operation of the nursery. Stay current with childcare legislation and best practices.
What We're Looking For

A full and relevant Level 3 or Level 6 qualification in Early Years Education. Previous experience working in an early years setting. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and support a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisation, planning, and record-keeping abilities. Passionate, nurturing, and committed to high standards of care. Enhanced DBS check (we will arrange this if you don't currently have one).
