Are you an experienced Occupational Health Nurse who enjoys working flexibly and independently?

We're looking for a

Day One Absence OH Nurse

to provide early intervention support to employees from their first day of absence.

You'll conduct telephone assessments, offer clinical guidance, and help individuals return to work safely and confidently.

This is a

remote, flexible engagement

that offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise on an as-needed basis -- ideal for someone who is already established in home-based work and looking to take on additional cases or hours alongside other commitments.

This role suits a

self-motivated, proactive nurse

who thrives on autonomy, professional judgement, and delivering high-quality support without the structure of a traditional full-time post.

What You'll Bring:

NMC registration, with Occupational Health or case management experience Strong clinical judgement and confident decision-making Excellent communication and documentation skills The ability to manage your own time and workload effectively in a remote setting
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week

Work Location: Remote
