is a front-line charitable organisation founded in 2008 and based predominantly in North East Lincolnshire. Our mission is to support young people and adults with learning disabilities and those who are disadvantaged, providing new and unique opportunities for growth, independence, and inclusion.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at our Day Services - Heneage Road site. Our day service offers a wide range of community-based activities designed to enrich lives and promote well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Assist learners with various educational activities and daily routines.

Support learners' communication needs and provide constructive feedback on their progress.

Understand and follow learners' Individual Learning Plans, including their specific needs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills relevant to your support area(s).

Support Learners to take medication where relevant.

Promote positive adult social behaviours and act as a role model.

Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and respect at all times.

Adhere to Rock Foundation's policies and procedures, including those on Equality and Diversity.

Take responsibility for your own health and safety and that of others.

Requirements:

Clean Enhanced DBS Check
