Pay Rate: 32, 708.42
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday (06:00 - 16:00 x 4 days and 06:00 - 14:00 x 1 day)
Location: DE14 2WT - Burton On Trent

We're now looking for an experienced Shunter Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Moving Vehicles around the yard.
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid Cat B Driving Licence MINIMUM (Essential)
• Have a minimum of 12 months recent Shunting experience (ESSENTIAL)
• Manual Handling experience, as you will be required to open and close trailer curtains (ESSENTIAL)
• RTITB/ITSSAR/AITT Reach and Counterbalance experience desirable
• HGV Training would be a distinct advantage
