Use the BMS systems in place to undertake fault finding on complex automated controls, steam, condensate, heating, hot water, air conditioning, water, ventilation, electrical, alarm, security, communications or other critical systems and equipment. Using cause and effect analysis and detailed examination to gain a solution Undertake regular Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and testing of a wide variety of building and engineering services plant and equipment. Record and analyse results with reference to historical data and determine appropriate actions. Provide condition and non-compliance reports as necessary.
Manufacture, assemble, erect and install new work To participate in/learn new procedures, new technology, in order to improve methods of works so increasing Department efficiency and utilisation. Maintain and repair types of pumps, circulation systems, belt drives, pulleys and direct drive systems Work alongside the in house maintenance team along with working with their own initiative with minimum supervision
