Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled barista and bartender to join our vibrant team. Working 7am until 3pm Monday to Friday, the ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Hourly rate dependant on age, although you must be over 18 to apply. Good service charge on top of the hourly rate.

In the role, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar area is well-maintained, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests whilst preparing a range of hot and cold beverages. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also engaging with customers to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders when necessary. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred, with barista experience being an advantage. Happy, warm and friendly personality Strong serving skills with the ability to interact positively with customers. Time management skills are crucial to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.50-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
