We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Daytime Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing coffee quality, food preparation, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Lead and motivate a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence. Oversee inventory management, including food production and supplies, to ensure efficient operations. Train new employees in barista training, food safety practices, and customer service standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety protocols. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with other management staff to develop menus and special offerings that enhance the dining experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the coffee or hospitality industry. Excellent leadership abilities and confidence to work solo under pressure . Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with both staff and customers. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
